DSpico is the world’s first fully open-source flashcart for Nintendo DS and DSi systems, created by the LNH Team as a transparent, community-driven alternative to commercial carts. Every part of the project — hardware, firmware, software, casing, artwork — is openly published, giving enthusiasts complete freedom to study, build, modify, or improve the design. With tools like Pico Launcher and Pico Loader, it provides an accessible, user-friendly interface for browsing and launching content on the DS/DSi.

Beyond its open design, DSpico can be used for a wide range of DS-focused activities: running homebrew apps and games, experimenting with custom firmware, developing and testing your own DS projects, backing up and restoring game data, and exploring the hardware capabilities of the system. Its compatibility with many existing flashcart workflows also makes it a flexible platform for hobbyists, developers, preservationists, and anyone interested in deeper DS/DSi experimentation.
